To evaluate the system, based on the effect and dependency of the various factors on BI performance, DEMATEL and network analysis process combination with fuzzy approach with super decision software and Excel was used. Thus, decision-making problem was considered in three levels as data structure network and by achieving the knowledge of the decision makers in the form of linguistic terms via pair-wise comparison questionnaire, the linguistic terms with their meaning were replaced in triangular fuzzy number.
