Author Guidelines

To submit a paper to our journal:

  1. Register as an Author.
  2. Follow the Instructions to authors below.
  3. Read our Editorial and Peer Review Policies.

We get manuscripts written in clear, concise and grammatically correct English. The submission file is to be in Microsoft Word document format containing the full text, references, tables and figures.

Manuscripts should be arranged as follows:

Title page. Must contain the title of the article and the name(s) and address(es) of the author(s). The full postal address, Internet e-mail address, telephone and facsimile numbers of the author who will receive correspondence and check the proofs should be included.

Abstract. This part should not exceed 250 words with listing the main results and conclusions.

Key words. It's recommended from three to seven key words placed in alphabetical order.

Introduction. This section should include sufficient background information to set the work in context. The aims of the manuscript should be clearly stated.

Materials and methods. Provides sufficient details of the techniques employed to enable the work to be repeated.

Results. Should be presented in a logical sequence in the text, tables and figures.

Discussion. Must underline the significance of the results and place them in the context of previous research.

Conclusions. The final summarizing of the work results.

References. Should be prepared according to the instructions given below.

In the text: References must be cited in the text mentioning the last name of the author and year within parentheses (e.g. Harper, 2000). In case of two authors, both should be mentioned. When three or more authors included, mention only the first author followed by et al (e.g. Harper et al., 2000). When two or more references are cited in the same parenthesis, the authors should be in chronological order. And if they have the same year, they should be in alphabetical order.

At the end of the article, in the References section the literature should be arranged in alphabetical order. Formatting of the References should follow the examples provided below:

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

Article Publication: 100.00 (USD)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs. There is no refund policy in the journal once the paper is accepted for publication.
