Creation the meaning of life from the perspective of students "The lived experience of students in Sari"

Abstract

One of the signs of mental and social health in any society is the perspectives of young people looking at the future and the future-oriented position and their hopes. In this study, high school male students in Sari were selected based on the objective, among whom 15 people were selected for in-depth interview. The qualitative research method is based on the phenomenological method. The initial results of code analysis included Code 53, which was the result of implementing these codes and thorough review of the statements of the participants to achieve a deep understanding of their experiences and the important statement about the phenomenon of the study. Finally, the classified codes were three main concepts including the concepts the students need for basic categories of meaning of life. The results show that students’ lack of adequate training skills in the role of religion, family and school life including meaning in life, purpose in life, the pattern of life was significant.
